SYF2022 | GIVE IT UP FOR GRACE
Sedona Yoga Festival returns to the beautiful red rock landscape of Sedona, Arizona on June 2–5, 2022. As we prepare to come together to Give It Up For Grace, we’re reimagining what space can be held for the yoga community and sculpting an experience like none other, with an impressive roster, rich coursework, and exciting extras carefully crafted to help attendees take their consciousness to the next level.
There will be offerings suitable for every level of practitioner—from absolute beginners to experienced teachers— and we are sculpting the event with community safety in mind. We’ll be gathering at the stunning Posse Grounds Park, for an outdoor transformative experience like no other.

We’ll be offering refundable ticket options and a scholarship option for SYF2022.
If you are pandemic-wary or unable to ensure that you will be able to commit to come in June, we are offering a refundable ticket option. Please note that these tickets are refundable in full up until 12am PT on May 31, 2022 — the morning that the festival begins. Refund processing may take up to three weeks. You will not be eligible for a refund after the event starts. All other ticket types, as they have always been, are nonrefundable. See below for the full terms and conditions.
Scholarships will be awarded on the honor system, but we do ask that you take ten minutes to let us know why you need a scholarship to SYF2022, and how your participation in the festival will be of benefit to you and your community. Scholarships are not available for all ticket types. Please see ticket type descriptions for availability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customer assumes all risk or danger incidental to the festival, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the actual Sedona Yoga Festival activities. In order to be admitted to an event, each Customer must present a valid identification with their name and individual/unique email address or be in the EventBrite Ticket Database, to the applicable venue at the appropriate time. Entry may be refused for various reasons, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by the Producer, AumBase, Inc.
I agree that presenters, staff, volunteers, and attendees of the Sedona Yoga Festival have the right to a safe and healthy environment free from abusive or inappropriate behavior. I accept that the Festival and/or the Producer reserve the right to remove any person acting in an unacceptable or inappropriate manner.
REFUNDS / EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. No refunds for tickets purchased will be made. Tickets are transferable. Only passes and/or tickets purchased directly from Sedona Yoga Festival are valid. Tickets may be transferred to another party through the ticketing system utilized by the Producer at no charge. Tickets may not be sold or exchanged for a value greater than the face value of the ticket and will be voided immediately if this is the case (aka no scalping).
REFUNDABLE TICKET OPTION:
Only when the optional ticket insurance is added to the ticket by the original purchaser at the original time of purchase are those insured tickets refundable and only until May 31, 2022. Full refunds for these insured tickets may require up to three weeks of processing time. No ticket lacking the ticket insurance option attached to the original purchase will be refunded under any circumstance.
EVENT CHANGES:
Sedona Yoga Festival and/or Producer, AumBase, Inc, may change the scheduled teachers, presenters, performers or change the event date or venue without notice, and any such change will not be considered a cancellation of the performance. In the event of Force Majeure or Act of God event, or Federal, State, or Local government regulation requiring so, the Sedona Yoga Festival may be rescheduled or canceled without notice. Accordingly, performance under its contracts becomes impracticable and no cause of action for breach or liability will arise as a consequence of this Force Majeure, Act Of God, or Federal, State, or Local government regulation. Our primary obligation is to provide an event that is safe for all participants – ticket holders, presenters, staff, and vendors. We strongly encourage all participants and attendees to purchase insurance for their personal or business needs in regards to travel and possible cancellation in this time of global uncertainty.
This is a rain or shine event. Where events are held at outdoor venues, the risk of inclement weather is assumed by the Customer. Events may be held regardless of weather conditions, as determined by the venue operator and/or event Producer.
LIABILITY and HEALTH DISCLAIMER:
I understand the risk of contracting Covid or other transmittable illnesses exists in any public space. I agree that the Sedona Yoga Festival cannot guarantee that I will not be exposed to or contract Covid or other contagious disease. I accept that my attendance is conditioned on compliance with all health and safety protocols the Festival or the Producer, AumBase, Inc. decide to implement, and accept they are informed by applicable federal, state and local rules or guidelines.
I certify that I have no physical or other impediment that would endanger me while participating. I hereby acknowledge that I understand and accept all of the risks associated with this activity and knowingly agree to release, indemnify, discharge, waive an
