Join us for our Annual Labor Day Work Weekend to close down the camp after our 2022 Camp Season! The camp is located 23 miles southeast of Flagstaff in Mormon Lake, AZ. Individuals, groups, and families welcome!
You may check-in after 5:00 PM on Friday, September 2nd. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner on Saturday and Sunday and Breakfast on Monday will be provided. Departure is before 10:00 AM on Monday, September 5th. Catholic mass will be celebrated on Sunday at 9 in our Chapel.
Plan on bringing warm clothes for the evening weather. Cabins sleep 10 and are available for a weekend rental. There is room for your dry RVs and tents.
You must pre-register your whole group so we can plan for meals.
Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or providing good old-fashioned elbow grease to sweep, or clean windows are needed. Children can help by raking the grounds and helping with smaller projects.
The major project list for the weekend is currently being developed and will be added here upon completion.
Supply donations are for work weekends are gladly accepted: black trash bags, kitchen cleaning items, rags, paintbrushes, nails, tools, etc. Monetary donations to support camp and its updates are also highly appreciated and can be made at www.sjycaz.com/donate
