Event Details
What is it like? On New Year’s Eve, step into our Last Dance themed event that starts with a reception, entertainment, and appetizers. Next you will enter the dining ballroom for the music of the numerous talents of Chris Walker, savor a delicious gourmet meal, warm up your dancing shoes, and enjoy the company of your table mates – both old and new friends!
Then we really get the party going as we are joined by the headliners. Rick Braun, our host and trumpeter extraordinaire, brings world class musicians with him each year, and this year is no exception, as he is joined by the one and only Dave Koz, the soulful sounds of RnR partner Richard Elliot who will all bring the house down to ring in the New Year along with the amazing vocals of Rebecca Jade!

On Friday, December 31st, reception starting at 6:30 PM
To insure everyone gets what they want to eat on 12/31, when you order your tickets you will be asked how many of each type of entrée you want. The entrees are beef (short rib), salmon, and vegetarian. So ask your friends, if you are buying their tickets, what they want for dinner before you purchase! We can change it later, but it will be easy if you know when you order.
Beverages, including wine by the bottle, will be available for purchase at the event.
We will be scanning your tickets (the ones attached to your confirmation email when you purchase tickets) for entry to all events – so bring them; we scan them, and in you go! We will have a table at registration for those of you who forget your tickets.
At the reception we will have a Last Dance Martini and Cocktail Bar for some great specialty drinks we picked for you that tie in with our theme.
In your ticket confirmation email will be TWO links –
One to buy tickets to Start the Party Early with Mindi Abair on 12/30. Buy now - or they will be gone! Tickets are $75 for VIP and $65 for General Admission to this casual show the night before.
One to book your hotel room with our special rate, which you CANNOT get any other way, starting at an pre pay with resort credit standard room rate of $185 (plus resort fee and tax) with a $25 a day room credit if you purchase multiple nights and reserve by 9/1/22. The resort credit per day is for things like food and beverage, spa, golf, etc. charged to you room each day. Non advanced pay rates start at $199 per night (plus resort fee and tax) for a standard room.
If you plan to book a suite or upgraded room, PLEASE use the links for multi night or single night reservations to be placed in our block and we receive credit for the booking and you cannot get a better rate anywhere else.
On purchasing tickets:
For all table types the system will pick best of seat for you if you select your desired level and number of tickets (recommended) OR you can pick your seats. YOU MUST BE ON A COMPUTER (vs a device like an iPad of phone) TO PICK EXACT SEATS YOURSELF. See below for specific instructions.
Our ticketing system allows for a payment system through PayPal at checkout.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE. (But they may be used by others.)
LINEUP SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
If a table or seat does not allow you to select it, that table is not available for sale.
Orange tables (set for 10 seats per table) = $286 per person + $5 processing fee
Pink tables (set for 10 seats per table) = $266 per person + $5 processing fee
Purple tables (set for 12 seats per table) = $226 per person + $5 processing fee

To let the system find the best seats for you – NOTE: for this type of purchase, you can purchase using a computer, phone or device such as an iPad:

Indicate the number of tickets you wish to purchase in one of the ticket price levels and click the orange Get Tickets button.
That will select and allow you to purchase the best seats available, in that level, in proximity to the stage.
Click the orange CHECKOUT button and then proceed through the reservation.
PICK A SPECIFIC SEAT
To pick a specific seat you MUST FOLLOW these step by step instructions. If you cannot select a seat on the seat map, that seat or table is already spoken for and you need to look for another.
NOTE: YOU MUST BE ON A COMPUTER AND NOT A DEVICE (such as phone or iPad) TO USE THE PICK A SEAT FUNCTION.
Here are the steps – we advise you print this page and go step by step – it is easy if you do that.
Make sure you use Chrome or Firefox browsers, as Internet Explorer and the ticketing system do not get along some of the time!
Click the green Tickets button on the top right of this page.
IGNORE the different level selection boxes for tickets and click on the right, under the small seat map, where it says BUY ON MAP (under Rick's Photo).
Find the seats at the table you desire (you can make the tables and seat numbers larger with your mouse or the + and – signs on the left corner), then click on EACH seat individually that you would like, one at a time, and you will see it appear in the right hand column.
Pick the next seat, if applicable, and you will see that seat appear in the right hand column. Repeat as necessary.
On the right column should be the table and seat number for the total tickets selected.
Verify you have all your desired tickets. Delete any that are not yours with the trash can icon to the side of the seat you do not want. Add any seats you missed.
Click the orange CHECKOUT button and then proceed through the reservation.
On Thursday, December 30th starting at 8:00 PM (optional casual concert, limited seating, prices $75 for VIP and $65 for General Admission)
